As simple and complex as it looks. Beautiful textured paintings. I followed the color pallete from the artist's work, and instead of keeping things very spare, as I would tend to do for an artist's site, I used the texture of her paintings as backdrops for other paintings.
This was done in flash for fade-in and fade-out of paintings and the navigation itself. |
