Our process starts with working with you to define your business in relation to the web, and what part it will play in your business.

We think of it as starting the conversation. (it's also called 'user-centered design'.)

• That is, who is your ideal visitor?
• What do you want to be their first impression of you to be?
• What are you wanting to say to this visitor?
• What is your visitor looking for when she/he goes to your site? (Products, Information, Entertainment, Registration, Application, etc.)
• How do you satisfy this, and at the same time have your purposes met? This is the start of the 'conversation'
